Troubleshooting Guides¶

Sync Issues¶

If iCloud sync isn't working:

Check iCloud Drive
Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud
Ensure iCloud Drive is ON
Tap "Saved to iCloud" → Ensure Money In & Out is enabled
Check Internet
Need active connection
Try WiFi if on cellular
Check Storage
Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud
Tap "Manage Account Storage"
Ensure storage available
Toggle Sync
Disable Money In & Out in iCloud
Wait 30 seconds
Re-enable
Restart
Close app completely
Restart device
Reopen app

Performance Issues¶

If app is slow or laggy:

Close other apps - Free up memory
Restart app - Fresh start
Restart device - Clear system cache
Check storage - Ensure device has free space
Update iOS - Latest version often faster

Data Issues¶

If transactions are missing or wrong:

Check filters - May be hiding transactions
Check date range - Verify period selection
Check sync - Wait for sync to complete
Pull to refresh - Force refresh the list
Check all devices - Verify on another device
